Exchange and Return Policy – International Orders (Cross-Border Purchases)
At our company, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following policy regarding exchange requests and manufacturing defect claims for international orders.
1 - Exchange Requests
Customers may request an exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the order is received.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered;
Be in its original condition;
Have all original tags attached and intact.
Please note that products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for an exchange.
2 - Shipping Costs, Duties, and Taxes
By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree that, in the event of an exchange request for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing defect:
All costs associated with returning the product will be the customer's responsibility;
All shipping costs related to sending the replacement product will be the customer's responsibility;
Any import duties, customs fees, taxes, customs clearance charges, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country, whether related to the return shipment or the replacement shipment, will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note that shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any other costs associated with import or export procedures cannot be reimbursed in connection with exchange requests.
3- Products with a Potential Manufacturing Defect
If you believe your product may have a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team and provide detailed information along with clear photographs of the product.
Once your request is received:
Our technical team will perform an initial review of the submitted information and images;
Additional information or photographs may be requested if needed;
In some cases, the product may need to be returned for a physical inspection by our Quality Control team.
The determination of whether a manufacturing defect exists will be made exclusively based on the company's technical evaluation.
4 - Costs in Cases of Confirmed Manufacturing Defects
If our technical team confirms a manufacturing defect:
The company will cover the costs associated with returning the product if a physical inspection is required;
The company will cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement product, when applicable;
Depending on the circumstances, the company may also offer an alternative solution deemed appropriate for the case.
5 - Situations Not Considered Manufacturing Defects
The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects:
Improper use or use contrary to the product's intended purpose or care instructions;
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use;
Improper washing, handling, care, or maintenance;
Alterations, customizations, or repairs made after delivery of the product.
6 - Acceptance of This Policy
